The Indiana Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts (IASWCD) would like to extend an invitation to your organization to participate in our trade show at the 80th Annual Conference of Indiana Soil and Water Conservation Districts on January 9-10, 2023 at The Westin Indianapolis. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and priority is given to sponsors.

The trade show is open for one and one-half days. You will have the opportunity to connect with over 350 conservationists representing rural, urban, and suburban natural resources interests from around the state of Indiana.

Conference attendees represent land users from across the natural resources spectrum: staff and elected/associate supervisors from county Soil and Water Conservation Districts; farmers; watershed organization staff; technical resource staff from state and federal conservation agencies; and, other representatives from the Indiana Conservation Partnership.

You can submit a Trade Show Booth Reservation form now online at https://bit.ly/2023Exhibitor. If you prefer a hardcopy version, you can fill out the pdf forms and send via email to amy-work@iaswcd.org or print and mail to Amy Work, IASWCD, 225 S. East Street, Suite 142, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Please verify with Amy that forms have been received.

Early Bird rates for Exhibitors ends on November 30

Two-day event: January 9 and 10, 2023 (Eastern)

Monday, January 9:  Trade show open from 8 am – 5 pm

Tuesday, January 10:  Trade show open from 8 am – 12 pm

Setup: Sunday, January 8 after 5 pm (exact time TBD), or Monday morning from 6:30 am – 7:45 am

Teardown: Tuesday, January 10 after 12 pm

Hotel Information

Trade show participants can reserve hotel rooms at The Westin Indianapolis at the discounted conference rate. Information for placing your reservation will be posted on the conference registration site this fall.

Payment

Trade show participants, please make check payable to IASWCD and mail it to 225 S. East Street, Ste. 142, Indianapolis, IN  46202. If you prefer to pay for your space via credit card, please contact CMCglobal, Laura Jackson (317) 635-4755 or lauraj@cmcglobal.com.

Booth Space for Commercial organizations
Early Bird Rate (through Nov 30): $700
After Nov 30: $800

Booth Space for Non-Commercial organizations
Early Bird Rate (through Nov 30): $500
After Nov 30: $550

All booth spaces receive:

  • Networking Luncheon (Monday) tickets (two tickets for Commercial and one for Non-Commercial)

Additional services can be purchased when reserving your space:

  • Electric: $245/booth/day
  • Awards Luncheon Tickets (Tuesday): $70 (through Nov 30); $75 (after Nov 30)
  • Networking Luncheon Tickets (Monday): $65 (through Nov 30); $70 (after Nov 30)
  • Extra parking passes: For nearby garage: $45/day; Valet $50/day (no overnight parking with valet); Oversized vehicle parking $55/day
